SHIPPING & RETURNS
Bondseye's preferred shipping method is USPS Priority Mail.
Order Placing and Shipping - Most approved orders are shipped the 1-2 days after the order is placed. Please contact us for your shipment date confirmation. Additions to orders already placed will be considered a “new order”. All merchandise will be shipped FOB origin.
Confirmations - If you did not receive a confirmation, we did not receive your order.
Shipping Issues - Bondseye will not be responsible for non-delivery, delay, loss, or damages during shipment. All merchandise is shipped FOB origin. Insuring the product is up to the buyer, and is not the responsibility of Bondseye.
Shipping Discrepancies - Due to possible human error, it is the buyer/consignee's responsibility to verify that the merchandise received matches what was ordered and resolve any claims with Bondseye before garments are altered. Bondseye will not accept any claims if garments are altered due to incorrect shipments.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customer Satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange unaltered or unwashed goods within 14 days of purchase. Please inspect that the merchandise is correct before alteration as we do not accept returns once garments have been altered in any way and/or washed.
15% restocking fee will apply to returns beyond Bondseye control.
